We want you to feel 100% confident in using our services. That is why we offer a 14-day no-hassle returns policy. Here's how it works:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, simply call our customer services department at the earliest opportunity within 14 days of delivery and explain that you wish to return the product. You may also contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds will not be honoured if the product(s) has been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during transit) back to us unless product is faulty. Returns can only be honoured if the product(s) in returned intact.
If you return the entire amount of the product you will be refunded 100% of the original purchase price of that product.
Your refund will be processed via the same method of payment originally used to pay for the purchase. (i.e. if you paid by credit card you will receive a credit card refund. If you paid by check you will receive a refund check.)
Please note that for your safety no returned products are ever restocked or resold after being returned. All returned products are destroyed.
IMPORTANT: You must contact us prior to returning a product. A refund will not be issued without proper return authorization from one of our customer service representatives.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10 to 14 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank or credit card company to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Don't be fooled by other "refund" policies that:
1. offer to refund you 100% of the value of the product. We offer a refund of 100% of your original purchase price. There is a difference.
2. offer to credit your account. We put the money back in your hands so you can decide if you want to buy from us again. A credit on your account is no good to you if you don't want to buy anything from that company.
